Reaching the World in London

Here are some sermon thoughts about reaching the world through cities: Mark Driscoll in London

His main point is that cultural change is birthed and spreads out from cities, and that through reaching a city like London then you can reach the whole world. It’s pretty encouraging for me as that’s certainly what we’re aiming to do.

I grew up in the country and breathe in relief anytime I get outside the M25. It’s important for me to remember that I’m here because of God’s kingdom not my own preferences. More importantly, if I’m faithful to continue doing what I do here – where God has placed me – then God will do something great and eternal.
